Midwinter Yarns
 

My name is Estelle, I am Swedish, married to a Welshman and recently moved to Scotland, all three countries with proud knitting and woollen traditions.
The aim of Midwinter Yarns is to bring you beautiful yarns from Scandinavia that have hitherto not been widely available outside of their home countries.
As a knitter myself, I hand select these yarns based on a number of merits: natural fibres, of course, richness and choice of colour, an interesting story or a connection to traditional Scandinavian crafts.
